Alphabet Poem

Our Alphabet

Our xenophobic natures
conjure zen questions:

Agoraphobia? Fear? Superiority?
Insolence, perhaps.

Regardless, we mutually
barricade each day,

languishing toward
Gordian knots untangled.

Your voice, honoring
juxtaposition.
